Supernomial is founded in Helsinki to bring agentic AI to transfer pricing, the knowledge work we know best.
The idea from day one: bring out the best in transfer pricing professionals. Powerful technology without friction, with agency over its operation, with ownership of how it is used and what it produces.
July 2025
Launch of t0 Platform
We launched the most modifiable transfer pricing platform on the market, built fundamentally on the same principles as the rest of the industry: a web application first, AI bolted on after. Progress in agentic AI from the frontier labs changed that equation. In our view, customers are now served best by agents working inside the enterprise AI they already run.
February 2026
Agentic AI Reckoning
Frontier labs, led by Anthropic, launch enterprise-grade agent harnesses.
Around them the remaining pieces mature, and the components come together to challenge the classic application layer of wrappers around databases. The advantage shifts to speciality capabilities built on top of agentic AI platforms.
April 2026
Launch of Supernomial Cowork
We launch a fully AI-native solution on top of Claude Cowork.
It changes both how AI is used across the transfer pricing life cycle and how much of that life cycle it can cover.
August 2026
Launch of Managed Agents, Private Agents, and TP Warehouse
Agent families for compliance, planning, and operations: a trusted, steerable workforce built as speciality capabilities on top of the enterprise agentic AI platforms that multinationals and consultancies are rapidly adopting.
TP Warehouse is the first headless data platform for operational transfer pricing, fully run by agents and built for millions of ERP rows: they design the database, transform the data, and keep the audit trail.
