7. Professional regulation (Berufsrechtliche Angaben)
Supernomial provides software and implementation services for transfer pricing teams. It does not provide tax advice within the meaning of the German Tax Advisory Act (Steuerberatungsgesetz) or comparable laws, and it is not a member of a professional chamber; its agents help qualified professionals do their work; those professionals remain responsible for the positions they take (Terms of Service, section 10).
8. Dispute resolution (Streitbeilegung)
Supernomial offers its services to businesses, public bodies and professional firms acting in their trade or profession, not to consumers. It does not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) and is not obliged to do so. The law and venue for our agreements are stated in the Terms of Service, section 15.
